Chandigarh, April 28—As many as 116 cases of unfair means, including 43 cases of impersonation were registered during the D.Ed. Part-I and II examinations and Haryana Open School Secondary and Senior Secondary examinations conducted by Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani yesterday. While stating this today, a spokesman of the Board said that a teacher of Rewari has also been relieved on the charge of committing irregularities in his duty.He said that the flying squad of the Secretary of the Board inspected Nuh-I and II examination centres in district Mewat during morning session and registered 61 cases of unfair means including 38 cases of impersonations. The flying squad of the Secretary handed over 29 impersonators to the Police and nine impersonators succeeded in making good their escape from the examination centre.The flying squad conducted surprise checking at Government Senior Secondary School, Rewari examination centre and registered unfair mean cases against seven students found copying in the examination, he added.


The spokesman said that Krishan Kumar, English Lecturer in Government Senior Secondary School, Kosli, who was appointed at Kosli-I examination centre in district Rewari had also been relieved for committing irregularities in the examination duty, as his wife was taking examination at this centre. Other flying squads also registered 48 cases of unfair means, he added. No.IPRDH/2011 Chandigarh, April 28—Haryana Government has decided to create a database of all privately managed educational institutions recognized or unrecognized, aided or unaided, affiliated or not affiliated to the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or any other statutory body empowered to do so. While stating this here today, a spokesman of School Education Department, Haryana said that the main objective behind creating a database of all privately managed educational institutions functioning in the state was to resolve quickly various issues pertaining to these institutions and bring about efficiency or transparency in the system. He said that all such institutions would be allotted unique ID code. The authorized signatory would use this code for the submission of any proposal or matter pertaining to his or her institution. As a first step, all such institutions would apply online on the website of the School Education Department, Haryana  ww.schooleducationharyana.gov.in in format—I for the allotment of unique ID code. Process would be completed by end of May, 2011, he added. Such institutions would also be required to submit online on the website of the School Education Department, Haryana www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in self declaration on format—II within 15 days from the allotment of unique ID code, said the spokesman adding that failure to do so would attract various provisions of RTE Act and Rules there under as also Haryana School Education Rules, 2003 as amended from time to time.
