Applicants must be a resident of the state and belong to any one of the categories that include serving Defence Personnel, Para-Military Forces Personnel, Ex-Servicemen or their widows and Disabled Soldiers.
Only one application is allowed per individual and there must be the requisite earnest money and the documents in support of their eligibility along with their applications. The money you pay along with the application is only 10 percent of the rate of the plot you are applying. After the draw result, if you are selected for the allotment you need to pay 15 percent of the amount within one month of the allotment and the rest can be paid in six equated annual installments. A total of 772 plots of varying sizes are available under the scheme of HUDA plots in Rewari Sector 18.
